Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of, and purchases from, the online shop productsfrom.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “online shop”), owned and operated by Bugi Development OÜ (registry code 14966717), located at Akadeemia tee 4-80, Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia, 12612 (hereinafter referred to as the “seller” or “we/us/our”).


1. General

1.1. These sales terms apply to the purchase of the downloadable “Made in Europe Product Label” WordPress/WooCommerce plugin (hereinafter “the product”) from the online shop.
1.2. No physical goods are sold in the online shop; therefore, no physical shipping or delivery fees apply.
1.3. Bugi Development OÜ is not VAT liable; accordingly, no VAT is added to the purchase price.


2. Product Information and Pricing

2.1. The price of the product is indicated on the product page and at checkout.
2.2. All relevant information about the plugin (e.g., features, compatibility, and usage instructions) is provided throughout the pages of the online shop.


3. Placing an Order

3.1. To purchase the product, the buyer (“you” or “customer”) can click on the call-to-action button, which takes you to the checkout. The product is then pre-added to your cart.
3.2. At checkout, you must provide the necessary details (billing details, email address, etc.). Once you review your order and price, you can pay via the provided payment methods (bank link, credit card, or another offered payment option).
3.3. The sales contract enters into force when the amount payable is credited to our bank account.
3.4. If, for any unforeseen reason, we cannot fulfill your order (e.g., a technical issue making the product temporarily unavailable), we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund within 1–2 working days (though depending on payment method, it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear).


4. Accessing the Downloadable Product

4.1. Once your payment is processed, the product (a downloadable plugin) will be accessible:

  • Immediately via the My Account page, under Orders.
  • Via a download link sent to the email address you provided during checkout (if applicable).

4.2. If you are a new customer, an account is automatically created for you if you have not done so previously. You will receive instructions by email to log in and access the download if applicable.


5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

5.1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee: After purchasing the plugin, you have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. While consumer protection laws typically do not extend withdrawal rights to legal persons, our online store voluntarily applies this 14-day right of withdrawal to both individual consumers and legal entities alike.
5.2. You may request a refund in one of the following ways:

  • Directly in your account: My Account > Orders > select the order in question and choose the refund request option (where available).
  • By sending an email to our support address: info@productsfrom.eu.

5.3. We will process your refund as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving your refund request.
5.4. Since the product is downloadable software, we do not require you to “return” anything physically. However, upon receiving a refund, you must discontinue all use of the plugin and delete any copies in your possession. If we determine that you have continued to use the plugin after a refund has been granted, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for breach of contract and copyright infringement.


6. Liability for Defects, Warranty Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability

6.1. Product Quality Assurance
We stand behind the product’s quality and compatibility as described at the time of purchase. Should any defects that existed at the time you received the download link become evident within 2 years of purchase, please contact us immediately for a remedy.

6.2. Filing Complaints
If you encounter any issues or defects with the product, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@productsfrom.eu with a detailed description of the issue.

6.3. Limitations of Warranty and Liability

  • No Warranty for Fitness or Availability: We do not warrant or guarantee that the product will meet all of your expectations or be compatible with every system, theme, or third-party plugin. You assume all risk associated with the product’s installation and use.
  • Exclusion of Certain Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the product.
  • User’s Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying the suitability, compatibility, and overall effect of the product in your specific environment. We recommend creating backups or testing in a staging environment before installing any new plugin.
  • No Liability for Third-Party Conflicts: We are not liable for defects or damages resulting from your actions after purchase, such as improper use, modification of the plugin’s code, conflicts with third-party software, or issues caused by hosting providers.

6.4. Remedies for Product Defects
If the plugin is found to be defective for reasons attributable to us within the 2 year period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Provide a repaired or updated version of the product, or
  • Issue you a refund, subject to the terms of our refund policy.

7. Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

7.1. We collect personal data necessary to process your purchase (such as your name and email address) and to maintain your user account.
7.2. We may use your email address to send occasional direct marketing messages regarding updates or offers related to the plugin, if you have given explicit consent for such communication.
7.3. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to your privacy policy), which details what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding data protection.


8. Resolution of Disputes

8.1. If you have any complaints, please contact us first via email at info@productsfrom.eu. We will seek to resolve any dispute by mutual agreement.
8.2. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural rules can be examined, and an application can be filed here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a consumer and the online shop free of charge.
8.3. You may also refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
